Mission Statement:
At our school we aim to develop each child fully - socially, physically, intellectually, morally and spiritually by:

fostering a caring, inclusive community based on clear Christian values, in keeping with our status as a Voluntary Controlled Church of England School, which encourages an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith, which recognises and respects the beliefs and religions of others;
  • encouraging enquiring minds, encourage self expression and a develop a sense of responsibility towards the environment;
  • working together with children parents, staff, governors, trustees and the community as a team in an inclusive happy, caring, secure and stimulating environment;
  • developing an awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle;
  • promoting a desire to learn, nurturing potential and achievement, in all areas of the curriculum;
  • helping and assisting our pupils through their weaknesses and fears;
  • building the foundations of co-operation, care, enthusiasm, perseverance leading towards a respectable and fulfilled future.

  Sproatley Anglican Church   Tour 24  
       
  We are a Church of England Primary School and we have, therefore, very good links to the local church in the village. The church is a place we are able to go to for celebration services at special times of the year. Our links with the church enrich our school curriculum.
